DCO's investment management services are provided on a fee-based, discretionary basis.  

Client assets are held by a third-party custodian. DCO utilizes Charles Schwab, Fidelity, and Interactive Brokers as custodians.

DCO is independent and does not accept commissions from the sale of any investment products.
